88% of software implementations will either fail completely or run over time or over budget. And for managing partners at law firms, one of the leading contributors is the team advising you.

This does not have to be the case. We at Rocket Matter have worked with thousands of law firms over the past 12 years, and we’ve gained invaluable insights as to where software implementations typically succeed and where they fail.

This eBook addresses five situations which will doom law firms to an unsuccessful, overpriced, or bloated transition to new legal practice management software. Our goal is to help you identify the landmines that could blow up your software implementation—so you can avoid them.
